When blow the air into the powder, the powder is fluidized and behave
like a liquid. Air Slide is using this phenomena and the powder flow down
with gravity from the upper stream to the down stream in the Closed
Air Slide or on the Open Air Slide, which has 7 ? 15 Deg. Inclination.

Conveyance of Powder ----------------
Less Quantity and low pressurized air ( 600 - 800 mmAq ) generated
by Turbo Blower is sent to the Air Chamber of the Air Slide through
the Air Inlet. The air go through the canvas and enter into the powder
as both ends of the Air Chamber is sealed up. The Powder loose
the coagulation and then flow down to the down stream with the gravity.

Structure ----------------------------
The porous canvas is put between the upper case and the lower case made
of the steel plate, which is tightened by the bolt. It is maintenance free
since there is no moving parts used. There is no limitation for the powder
conveyance distance as far as the inclination of the Air Slide can be
maintained and secured.

Open Air Slide

Discharging of Powder ----------------
The Open Air Slide is installed under the bottom of the Hopper with
inclination of 7 Deg - 15 Deg. Less Quantity and low pressurized air
( 1500 ? 2500 mmAq ) is blown via the air inlet to the powder on the
canvas. Then the powder is fluidized and start to moving down with the gravity
to the discharge mouth of the Hopper.
