Simple structure and easy maintenance. Vibration, noise and breakdown-free due to movable part not included in the system.		Operational cost and a cost of equipment are affordable due to a mass transport having made it possible during aeration with small quantity of low-pressure. Footing stand/foundation work at low price due to air slide in light weight.		Inclination is vital factor in the system of which curved transport / separated line are therefore applicable as a part of transport form. All equipment to be used in the system have a perfectly-sealed structure under eco-friendly system being free of powder entrainment.

※Please note that coarse powder or powder with moisture are not applicable to transport in the system due to the limited powder, which is able to fluidize.

Storage silo for powder

Aeration system for powder stored silo

The system is to unload an intended cargo such as cement / fly ash from shore facilities to carrier.     ・ Anti-hardening of the powder is vital element for smooth unloading. ・ The system is to transport the powder to be stored in silo by ventilating inside the air slide, which is installed at the bottom of the silo.   Detail
