How long will it take from an initial inquiry to the final delivery?
We, basically, offer our customer 10〜12 months as the entire period including a test run.
This is our first transaction. How should we make an inquiry?
Please contact us first by phone or through our inquiry form. We will listen to your usage requirements and needs, and our specialized staff will provide optimal proposals.
Is it possible to conduct on-site surveys and meetings?
Yes. When necessary, our technical staff will visit your site to confirm the installation environment and requirements in detail.
Are there any charges for requesting a quotation?
Quotations are free of charge. Please feel free to consult with us.
About valve

Are you a manufacturer of valve only for vessel?
We are a manufacture of valve not only for vessel but also for various places including plants and factories.
The territory in term of your valves spans to the overseas market now that we are inquiring about your valves as replacement having supplied abroad in the past, doesn’t it.
Yes. We’ve made an effort to appeal our valves at home and abroad.
What is the difference between butterfly valves and knife gate valves?
Butterfly valves control fluid flow using a rotating disc, while knife gate valves cut off flow by moving a sharp valve body up and down. Knife gate valves are suitable for handling solids and slurries.
Are valve operations manual or can they be automated?
The basic operation is manual, but automation is possible by installing pneumatic (air), electric, or hydraulic actuators.
We have concerns about valve sealing performance. Are leak prevention measures comprehensive?
It employs a special rubber lining and a pressure injection molding vulcanized bonding process, ensuring excellent airtightness against powders, liquids, and gases.
Can valves be used for outdoor installation?
Yes. By using stainless steel and waterproof actuators, excellent weather resistance operation is possible even in outdoor environments.
What materials are suitable for valves handling corrosive gases?
We can propose valves using corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, Hastelloy, and Teflon lining.
Are there valves that can be used for emergency shutdown purposes?
By combining valves with pneumatic actuators and emergency solenoid valves, we can accommodate designs that enable immediate shutoff.
What are the key selection points for valves used in powder lines?
Based on powder characteristics (particle size, specific gravity, flowability) and installation conditions (vertical/horizontal orientation, sealing requirements), we propose the optimal type (butterfly, knife, slide).
About bulk handling system
Open all
What is the minimum information needed to quote?
Ship’s particulars, the details of the handling system (mechanical or pneumatic) , transportation amount such as loading / unloading capacity and the like.
What kind of carrier you are specialized in as a manufacture of cargo handling system?
It depends on the content of the handling system though, we offer our customers the system for cement carrier, fly ash carrier, calcium carbide carrier and coal carrier.
What types of powder can you handle?
We primarily handle powders such as cement, fly ash, and coal dust. We may also be able to handle other types of powder, so please consult with us.
Are there methods to prevent moisture absorption and caking of powder?
Moisture absorption and caking risks can be reduced through closed transport systems, aeration mechanisms, and combinations with dryers.
Can powder be transported from outdoor to indoor locations?
Yes. We can construct systems that transport powder in a sealed state from outdoor to indoor locations by connecting to silos and hoppers.
We are concerned about dust during transport. Are there countermeasures?
We use enclosed transport equipment (screw, bucket, air slide, etc.) and further prevent dust leakage with bag filters and dust collectors.
Can equipment be retrofitted to existing installations?
Yes. With unit-type designs that can connect to existing lines, silos, and hoppers, we can flexibly handle modifications and expansions.
Can powder cause bridging (clogging)?
We implement bridge prevention measures by incorporating hopper design, aeration functions, and vibration devices.
Can the discharge rate from powder silos be adjusted?
Fine adjustment of discharge rates is possible through variable speed screws and air flow control.
